What is the difference between gsm900 and gsm1800?

GSM networks use various bandings, or in other words different Wave streghts/lenghts/frequecies to provide their services. 

GSM 900, is where the specific mobile carrier uses, 900Mhz as the wave lenght, or banding for its services. This is one of the lowest of todays commercial communication services. 

GSM 1800Mhz was once the highest banding range, until 3G, during the introduction of tri-band networks. These networks use a wide range of signals, starting from 800 Mhz and then 1700 Mhz or else 1800 Mhz at a maximum.

D Flip Flop

The flip flop is a basic building block of sequential logic circuits. It is a circuit that has two stable states and can store one bit of state information. The output changes state by signals applied to one or more control inputs.
The basic D Flip Flop has a D (data) input and a clock input and outputs Q and Q (the inverse of Q). Optionally it may also include the PR (Preset) and CLR (Clear) control inputs.
